Product Description:

A risk analysis is a standardized survey conducted with as many employees of an organization as possible. This survey uses position-based, person-based, situation-based, and organizational indicators to identify position-specific risks. The survey is conducted using fully standardized questionnaires via electronic media and analyzed by the IfKp. Unlike a hazard analysis, a risk analysis involves surveying all employees to produce more detailed results.

By analytically correlating the results of the risk analysis, it becomes possible to generalize risk areas concerning specific topics, departments, branches, etc. These analyses are visually represented in the Risk Atlas.

Both the risk analysis and the Risk Atlas focus on organizational structure. However, in addition to risks identified based on an organization’s structure, there are risks that can only be assessed by analyzing specific processes (process organization). This is because processes often evade traditional job descriptions and typically involve multiple departments or individuals, with vulnerabilities related to corruption often found at the interfaces between these entities. See also vulnerability analysis.
