People need the right environment to act with honesty and integrity.

We provide the tools you need to create a work environment that fosters integrity and protects your organization sustainably against corruption risks.

About us

At our institute, experts in public administration, law, social sciences, and economics have come together to advance the practice of corruption prevention through an interdisciplinary approach. Our work focuses on preventing both material and immaterial damage caused by corruption while promoting a fair and transparent society. We offer our services to municipalities, government agencies, and businesses both domestically and internationally, developing tailored, practical solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients.

Services

Seminars and lectures

We offer various training programs on corruption prevention. In our seminars and lectures, participants learn to assess legal risks, identify potential threats, and navigate challenging social situations effectively.

Hazard analysis

Our risk analysis follows the guidelines of the German Federal Ministry of the Interior for identifying work areas particularly vulnerable to corruption. These guidelines are implemented similarly across all federal states.

Risk analysis

The risk analysis identifies job-related risk factors and is conducted using standardized questionnaires. Unlike the hazard analysis, all employees are surveyed to obtain more accurate results.

Vulnerability analysis

The vulnerability analysis identifies process-related risks. In close collaboration with employees, we identify risks and hazards in a specific workflow and develop tailored preventive measures.
